Ivy bank developments is a locally owned and managed company looked after and run by directors Eric and Steve who both have many years experience in both building contracting and property development.

Together they have over 60 years experience of property redevelopments and have formed a working partnership to create this small family run company.

The company is presently undertaking the conversion and redevelopment of The Old Church in Globe Street (Old Town) Scarborough.

All properties we develop are finished to the highest quality and standards. Most developments have many extra features.
